Air Duct & HVAC
Most homes do well with duct cleaning every two to three years. Pets, allergies, or a recent renovation can shorten that. We'll take a look and give you a straight answer.
Clean ducts and a clean coil let your system move air the way it was designed to, which usually means less strain on the equipment and steadier energy use. It's not a guaranteed dollar figure, but it's one of the more direct ways to help your system run efficiently.
Both, if that's what your system needs. HVAC system cleaning and evaporator coil cleaning are separate line items from duct cleaning because they're different jobs, and we'll tell you honestly which ones actually apply to your setup.
Chimney & Fireplace
Depending on condition, that can mean a crown rebuild, firebox repair, or fireplace panel replacement. We inspect first and only recommend what's actually needed.
That's exactly what the inspection is for. Most chimneys need targeted repairs, not full rebuilds, and we'll only recommend what the inspection actually shows.
Yes. Gas line capping and gas fireplace repairs are part of what we handle, alongside traditional wood-burning chimney work.
Dryer Vent
Lint buildup restricts airflow, makes your dryer work harder, and is one of the leading causes of house fires. Regular cleaning keeps it running safely.
If your dryer is taking longer to dry clothes, running hot, or you can't remember the last time it was serviced, that's usually lint buildup, not a mechanical issue with the vent itself.
It's a small cover over your exterior vent opening that keeps birds and rodents from nesting inside your ductwork. If your current cap is missing or damaged, it's a quick fix worth doing.
Attic Insulation
Uneven room temperatures, climbing energy bills, and visibly thin insulation are the usual signs. We can inspect your attic and tell you exactly where things stand.
We'll assess your attic and recommend the right material and R-value for your home, not a default pick.
Both. Good attic insulation keeps conditioned air in and outside heat out year-round, so it affects your cooling costs in summer just as much as heating in winter.
